Eyal Weizman in conversation with Laleh Khalili
In Hollow Land, Eyal Weizman (architect and Director of the Centre for Research Architecture at Goldsmiths College, University of London) unravels Israel’s mechanisms of control and transformation of the Occupied Territories into a constructed artifice, in which all built features function as weapons and ammunition with which the conflict is waged.
Hollow Land lays bare the political system at the heart of this complex and terrifying project of late-modern colonial occupation.
All Welcome. This lecture is free and there is no need to book.
